Review: Chocolate cupcake, Vanilla cupcake, Fudge brownie & Chicken bread from Sidrah’s Baking

Malir Cantt Today received a surprise box on 25th December, 2021 from one of the Malir Cantt Best Home Baker Sidrah Ahmed from Falcon Complex Malir Cantt.

She is a home baker by passion and home economist by qualification. Sidrah’s Baking bakes delicious cakes, cupcakes, brownies & chicken breads. She keeps her cake tasty and budget friendly.

We got the opportunity to try her very popular.

Packaging & Delivery

The delivery was made during a very busy day at her stall during the “Winter Gala 2021” at Falcon Complex but she managed to send us all four items fresh and warm as it should be. She is one of the growing entrepreneurs in Malir Cantt but instead of going for plastic containers, she choose paper box with a nice logo on the top.

Taste

We tasted all four items and made sure not a single crumb should left behind.

• The best of four items was the Chocolate cupcake it was heavenly soft and extremely delicious. We rate it 10/10.
• After that, comes the Fudge brownie. It was superb! with the right amount of butter & chocolate. The fudge melts in our mouth and we rate it 9/10
• The Chicken bread was send just out of the oven. It was perfectly hot and great in shape, size and look. We love the balance in spice and rate it 9/10
• Lastly, the Vanilla cupcake, It is a good item for kids having a cute look with fresh frosting on the top but chocolate cupcake still wins the softness game. The taste deserve a rating of 7/10.
